Nawaa support
Help with the Nawaa web workspace and the iOS and Android apps.
Signing in
Nawaa accounts are created by your organization. Accept the invitation sent to your work email, then sign in to the app with the same email and password. If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen.
Records and access
Your organization’s HR team manages your employment records and what you can see. For corrections to your profile, leave balances or payslips, contact your HR team first.
Deleting your account
In the mobile app, open Profile and choose “Request account deletion”, or email info@nawaa.app from your work address. Your organization reviews the request as described in our privacy policy.
