ONE WORKSPACE, SHARED CONTEXT

Give every team a clearer working day.

Connect the people who request, review and manage work, with access shaped around their responsibilities.

HR & people operations

Keep employee records, contracts, leave policies and lifecycle tasks together. Follow changes and retain the context behind decisions.

Managers & project leads

Review team requests, plan attendance coverage and approve submitted project time within your assigned scope.

Finance & payroll

Review monthly payroll, adjustments, loan balances and approved project cost allocations with retained supporting records.

Employees

Request leave, follow approvals, find work contacts and read announcements in English, Arabic or Sorani Kurdish.

Available today on the web

Connected HR workflows, with access controlled by workspace permissions, configuration and retained managed-subscription terms.

Work directory and organization chart

Find employee and published external work contacts, explore visible reporting lines and export scoped CSV records. Authorized publishers can preview and confirm grouped publication or archive changes.

Announcements and employee Today

Publish announcements to configured audiences, retain separate read and acknowledgement receipts, and export scoped receipt reports. The Today view brings employee actions and updates together.

Projects, tasks and time tracking

Organize clients, projects, memberships, tasks and effective rates. Capture daily time with timers or manual entries, reuse favorites, review weekly totals and preview grouped draft changes before applying them. Weekly approval connects to retained payroll cost allocation; client invoicing remains separate future work.

Service requests and approvals

Published request forms, conditional routing, sequential or parallel reviewers, deadlines, delegation, comments and protected attachments. Supported contact and attendance corrections have explicit fulfillment; the new operational-form template foundation is not yet an employee submission workflow.

Subscriptions and invoices

Retained plan and seat limits, optional automatic renewal invoices, due reminders, custom billing agreements, configured tax details and reviewed daily proration with externally verified payment/refund records. Online collection and jurisdiction-specific fiscal validation remain pending.

People and organization

Employee records, departments, reporting lines, scoped permissions and change history.

Contracts and letters

Versioned templates, contract revisions and renewals, expiry reminders, approved-request letter issuance and protected printable copies.

Attendance and rosters

Clock records and reviewed corrections, weekly/rotating and seasonal schedules, retained work locations, consented shift swaps with independent approval, and reviewed project/task time with billable totals and retained payroll employer-cost allocation.

Leave and manager coverage

Accrual and expiry rules, team conflict warnings, scheduled approval coverage and reviewed leave encashment using either configured payout basis.

Monthly payroll

Generate and review monthly runs, compare variances, retain adjustments and payslips, configure independent approval and record payments made outside Nawaa.

Loans and advances

Configurable products and charges, guarantor consent, reviewed disbursement records, repayments, rescheduling, eligible reversals and outstanding or overdue balances.

Hiring and employee lifecycle

Jobs, applications and offers connect with employee onboarding, activation, resignation approvals and offboarding clearance.

Equipment and custody

Assign equipment, confirm employee receipt and retain return history through offboarding clearance.

Access and branding

Role permissions, employee scopes and workspace branding support different responsibilities within each organization.

Mobile release progress

Android and iOS workflows have been tested, including protected contract and letter printing. App-store publication is still pending.

Still in development

Gateway collection and failed-payment retries, fiscal invoice validation, advanced payroll and final settlements, and broader loan corrections and accounting remain on the roadmap.

Integrations and local requirements

Electronic signatures, public document verification, attendance devices, bank/WPS transfers and country-specific statutory rules still require implementation or provider and local validation.

FROM REQUEST TO RECORD

See how the work connects.

Leave with a clear review path

  1. Employee requests time off
  2. Assigned reviewers decide
  3. Balance and history stay traceable

Configured policies, team conflict warnings and temporary reviewer coverage support the decision. Approval remains with authorized reviewers.

Project time with a review trail

  1. Capture time against a project and task
  2. Submit the week for review
  3. Retain approved payroll cost allocation

Use timers, manual intervals or duration entries, then review weekly totals. Recording time does not automatically create a client invoice or bank transfer.

Requests with accountable follow-through

  1. Submit a published request form
  2. Follow the configured approval stages
  3. Track explicit fulfillment separately

Keep decisions, comments and protected attachments with the request. Supported contact and attendance corrections have their own controlled application step.

BUILT AROUND RESPONSIBILITY

Give the right people the right access.

Evaluate the controls behind your daily HR operations, then agree the requirements for your organization’s rollout.

Review security & readiness

Workspace boundaries

Tenant isolation separates organizations. Role permissions and employee scopes determine which records a user can access.

Retained decision history

Versioned records and retained workflow history help reviewers understand changes, approvals and the evidence behind them.

Separate responsibilities

Configure independent payroll approval and payment recording. Request approval, operational fulfillment and legal signing are distinct steps.

Security evaluation

Review encryption, session controls and activity logging. Discuss hosting, recovery, identity-provider and assurance requirements before committing to rollout.

YOUR ROLLOUT, STEP BY STEP

Start with the work that matters most.

Use this evaluation path to scope your launch with Nawaa. Timing, migration support and custom requirements are agreed with the team.

  1. Map your needs

  2. Configure a pilot

Set up your organization, roles and policies. Agree data preparation and validate a representative group before wider adoption.

Walk through employee requests, manager decisions and HR or finance review. Check permissions, languages and expected records.

  4. Agree your launch

Discuss your rollout
What can we manage with Nawaa?

Nawaa connects employee records, contracts and letters, attendance, leave, monthly payroll, loans, hiring, equipment, service requests, announcements, work contacts and project time. Availability depends on your plan, configuration and permissions; the feature catalogue above explains the current scope.

Does Nawaa support Arabic and Kurdish?

Core web workflows support English, Arabic and Sorani Kurdish, with right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Sorani. Switch languages on this page to explore the experience. Review any specialized document or country requirement during your evaluation.

Can we try it before choosing a plan?

Start with the Free plan for up to 10 employees, with no expiry or credit card. Use the pricing page to compare plans and employee capacity, or send an inquiry to discuss a demonstration and your organization’s requirements.

How are access and approvals controlled?

Organizations have separate workspaces. Roles, employee scopes and selected employment govern access; configured workflows assign review responsibilities. Approval does not automatically mean fulfillment, payment or a legal signature.

Does payroll send money to employees?

Nawaa supports monthly payroll generation, review, adjustments, payslips and recording payments made outside the platform. Bank and WPS transfers, country-specific statutory validation and broader final settlements still require additional work and validation.

Are mobile apps available in app stores?

Android and iOS workflows have been implemented and tested, but signed app-store publication is still pending. Evaluate the available web workspace today and confirm mobile distribution requirements with the team.

Can we connect attendance devices or other systems?

Share the exact device, provider and workflow you need. Attendance devices, bank transfers, electronic signatures and other external integrations require implementation or provider validation; a roadmap item is not a confirmed connection.

Can we move from spreadsheets or another HR system?

Discuss your source system, record types, volumes and history requirements with the team. Agree the import scope, field mapping, validation and responsibilities before migration; this page does not promise an automatic connector for every system.

Is Nawaa certified for our country or industry?

Do not assume a certification or country-specific legal approval from a product feature. Review the security guide and discuss your jurisdiction, data residency, statutory payroll, retention and assurance requirements before rollout.

How do we discuss pricing and implementation?

Compare the current plans on the pricing page, then use the inquiry form to share your team size, locations, preferred timeline and essential workflows. Our team can review the request and follow up using your work email. Keep employee records and sensitive HR data out of the inquiry.
